“Tante volte tra il faceto ed il serio mi sono sentito dire: quanti soldi per una firma! La firma naturalmente a cui si fa riferimento è la mia. In questi casi rispondo al mio interlocutore di turno che quello che vede è solo la punta dell'iceberg. Se ho lavorato bene il giorno dell'atto scorrerà piacevolmente e velocemente, in quanto è soprattutto ciò che precede e segue il rogito che giustifica il valore della mia prestazione. Tanto più queste fasi saranno svolte come si deve, tanto più il giorno in cui ci troveremo attorno ad un tavolo per le firme tutto ti sembrerà semplice, quasi banale. Ma ricordati che la semplicità è il risultato di un lungo ed oculato procedimento che adesso ti svelerò. La cosa importante è partire col piede giusto. Quando si va dal notaio è come andare dal confessore. Non do' l'assoluzione, ma ho bisogno di conoscere senza reticenze qual'è l'obiettivo che ti proponi di raggiungere per fornire la soluzione più appropriata alle tue esigenze ed a volte anche qualche consiglio non prettamente giuridico. Ti presterò poi l'opportuna consulenza per il lecito ottenimento del miglior trattamento fiscale possibile e ti aiuterò a risolvere le problematiche che potrebbero derivare dalla presenza, nella storia dell'immobile, di passaggi per donazione o di disarmonie catastali o ipotecarie quali disallineamenti o accettazioni d'eredita mancanti.

Chiaramente questo elenco non è esaustivo perché non esiste una situazione uguale all'altra, in quanto ogni singola persona è speciale, ma serve in parte a renderti l'idea di ciò che precede la mia firma di quel giorno.

Ti dirò infine che tutti gli adempimenti posteriori alla stipula del contratto li eseguirò nel più breve tempo possibile e che una volta firmato lo stesso, ti rilascerò una certificazione attestante l'avvenuta stipula con invio contestuale per e-mail dell'atto. Se vorrai, poi spedirò al tuo indirizzo entro un mese la copia autentica del tuo atto. Ma il nostro rapporto non finirà lì, perché ogni atto che rogito è una mia creatura che ho generato, di cui da buon genitore ne risponderò sempre.

Questa iniziativa nasce da un'esperienza personale del direttore editoriale Antonio Paolacci, che così commenta: «Lo scorso dicembre ho visitato il carcere in veste di autore ed editor, ospite di un corso di scrittura tenuto a San Vittore da Elena Mearini. Per un paio d'ore ho risposto alle moltissime domande dei detenuti ed è stata un'esperienza strana, forte, per niente banale: ho sentito quanto fosse sincera e senza filtri la loro curiosità, la loro voglia di leggere e scrivere e, in certi casi, la loro esperienza di lettori. Racconto questo per dare un'idea dello spirito con cui facciamo la donazione, e anche perché non sembri retorico dire che i libri sono uno strumento formidabile per crescere e vivere in regime di detenzione. Non è retorica: è un fatto che ho potuto verificare di persona».

In “The various types of religious experience” about New Tought William James wrote: It’s an argue about an optimistic pattern of life, for a speculative and practical approach as well, which they both perfectly releate to this doctrine . In its gradual growth during the last fourth of century, the New Thought embraced among its features a range of too convincing and important constituent and propulsive elements, up to turn into a pure religious power. It shows a literature of its own which finds its foundations inside Gospels, in Hegelian trascendentalism, in the Berkeleyan Idealism, in Spiritualism, with its theories about “law”, “progress” and “development”, a close bond with the scientific spreading evolutionist optimism whom I recently argued on and, finally, the Hinduism and its ascetical experiences”. But, the most characteristic aspect of New Thought laies on the fact that the “leaders” of this creed developped an intuitive belief about the creation of an eco-friendly philosophy of life which led them to achieve courage, hope and trust to face up to every kind of adversities of life, as well as a quite dogmatic contempt for uncertainty , for fears, for cares”.
